Welcome to Global Food Pro 2027 ("Global Food Pro", "Event", "we", "our", or "organisers"). By accessing this website or registering as an exhibitor, visitor, delegate, buyer, sponsor, partner, or participant, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Global Food Pro is jointly organised by IMS Foundation and Laghu Udyog Bharati Karnataka (LUB Karnataka). IMS Foundation acts as the legal operating entity responsible for registrations, website administration, payment processing, and event operations.

Event Information

Registration & Participation

Exhibitor Participation

Exhibitors shall comply with exhibition guidelines and participation rules.

The organisers reserve the right to:

• Reallocate exhibition spaces
• Modify layouts and floor plans
• Add or remove pathways or common areas
• Make changes required for operational or safety purposes

Organiser decisions shall be final and binding.

Payment Terms

Participation and stall bookings become confirmed only after receipt of required payments.

Exhibitor payment schedule:

• First instalment: 30% on booking confirmation
• Second instalment: 30% before 15 January 2027
• Final instalment: 40% before 31 March 2027

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of participation.

Sale of Products

Direct sale of products during the exhibition may be restricted. Participants remain solely responsible for compliance with taxation and applicable government regulations.

Digital Service Delivery

Global Food Pro does not sell physical products through this website.

Payments made through the website may relate to:

• Exhibition space bookings
• Sponsorship opportunities
• Delegate registrations
• Visitor registrations
• Buyer registrations
• Event related services

Following successful registration or payment, users may receive:

• Payment confirmations
• Registration acknowledgements
• Participation details
• Digital event communications
• Electronic tickets or confirmations where applicable

All deliveries are provided electronically.

Insurance & Liability

Participants and exhibitors are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage relating to transportation, exhibits, theft, damage, public liability, and associated risks.

Global Food Pro, IMS Foundation, and LUB Karnataka shall not be responsible for:

• Theft
• Loss of materials
• Technical interruptions
• Delays
• Third party failures
• Indirect damages

Photography & Media

The organisers reserve the right to photograph, video record, and use event images and materials for promotional purposes.

Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modifications due to natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, labour disputes, pandemics, or circumstances beyond organiser control.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
