Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through: support@globalfoodpro.com

Global Food Pro is organised by IMS Foundation and Laghu Udyog Bharati Karnataka.

Exhibitor Cancellations

Cancellation before 1 February 2027

50% refund of booked space value.

Cancellation after 1 February 2027

No refund shall apply.

Event Modifications

The organisers reserve the right to:

  • Postpone
  • Reschedule
  • Modify
  • Cancel event activities

where circumstances require.

External Costs

The organisers shall not be responsible for travel expenses, freight charges, accommodation costs, logistics expenses, or third party commitments made by participants.
