Exhibitor Refunds

Cancellation before 1 February 2027:

50% refund of stall booking amount.

Cancellation after 1 February 2027:

No refund applicable.

Delegate / Visitor Registrations

Delegate registrations, sponsorship fees, visitor registrations, buyer registrations, and associated participation fees are generally non refundable unless otherwise stated.

Processing

Approved refunds may require up to 21 business days.

Transaction fees and processing costs may be deducted.
